I can post some more detail if it will be necessary. In the attachment is debug log from Cisco WLC.Ĭan somebody suggest me what I should do to make DHCP for wired guests working or what troubleshooting steps should I try ? In my WLAN section is profile for wired guests where ingress interface is vlan 94 and egress interface is vlan 98 - So I think that vlan 94 for wired guests is only for like layer 2 purpose and then its bridged to vlan 98 on the WLC - Am I right ? On my WLC, I have got also two interfaces vlan 98 has got an IP address inteface with vlan identifier 94 does not have any IP, only "Guest Lan" option is checked. On my switches there are two VLANS for guests (vlan 94 for wired guests vlan 98 for both of them guests) So I assume that tagging of the switch ports is alright. Please note that when I assign a static IP to a wired guest client, everything is fine, I am prompted to authenticate and then sufr on the internet. This is particularly useful for mobile devices or when switching a network cable back and forth between different devices. I have got an issue with wired guest network, my DHCP server (Cisco ASA Firewall) is not providing IP addresses to my guest clients connected over the cable, but wireless guests can get IP without any issue - wired and wireless guests are using the same scope on ASA. This configuration is recommended when it is desired to insert option 82 only for DHCP client traffic coming from wireless interface. The most important settings on Cisco WLCs 5508 were done by external engineer. The DHCP option 82 configured at 元 interface will be ignored. WLAN profile level: When DHCP option 82 is configured at WLAN profile, option 82 is inserted for all the DHCP client packets coming from the wireless clients. The WGB mode is supported on autonomous IOS (Wave 1) APs and on some Wave 2 APs. The work around until it is availble from regular UI is make use of device-override option A workgroup bridge (WGB) is a Cisco access point that can be configured in a mode that permits it to associate with a wireless infrastructure, providing network access on behalf of wired clients. In cnMaestro: Not avaible on cloud version 1.6.3-r17 and will be addedd soon. Step 2 Download pre-built posture checks for AV/AS and Microsoft Windows. NOTE For Wired setup instructions refer: Wired Setup Instructions. If using ISE in dCloud, this should be in the topology diagram or in the demo documentation: Step 2: Record the ISE IP address for use in the router's RADIUS configuration. Procedure: To access the network setup wizard, open the Zebra Setup Utilities, and select Configure Printer Connectivity. Navigate to Administration > System > Settings and select Proxy from the left-hand pane and fill on your proxy configuration. Step 1: Find the IP address used for ISE. Step 1 Verify the ISE proxy configuration if any. In Access Point: Configure - Services - Network - DHCP Option 82 Configure and Deploy Client Provisioning Services. Guest and without guest access enabled wireless DHCP client traffic. This is the address of radius client that you configure. If we wanted the simplest configuration possible following the above list it will look something like this: Note that ip radius source-interface loopback 1 will be some other interface with IP address configured on your switch. This configuration is recommended when it desired to insert option 82 both for Dot1x global configuration Per interface dot1x configuration. The DHCP option 82 configured at WLAN profiles / 元 interfaces will be ignored. The order of configuration priority is (which configuration takes precedence when same configuration is done at multiple places)ĭevice level: When configured at device level along with VLAN ID / IDs, Option 82 is inserted for all the DHCP client packets leaving from the configured VALN interfaces. Insert DHCP Option 82 with circuit ID and remote ID is available under DHCP Option 82 is supported for wired guest clients traffic from cnPilot 3.9-r3 image The setup/config-mode interface is every interface with the role client which makes removing it from interfaces not only unnecessary, but generally.
